This site was created specifically for crime scene investigators. The place for the "field" people to express ideas, exchange information and seek the advice of others. 

ICSIA is strictly an INTERNET based Non-Profit Association. All communications will be through e-mail, a discussion message board, private mail list and the ICSIA web site.
